Preventative Maintenance
Our maintenance checks will ensure you’re getting the most out of your heat pump and air conditioning systems.
Residential heat pumps
Indoor units should be checked at least once a year. We check air filters, drains and the performance of your system. We can also use a disinfectant product to clean indoor unit filters designed to kill bacteria, mould, fungi, mildew and cure bad odours.
Commercial air conditioning
Maintenance checks in a commercial environment are normally every 90 days. We are IQP certified to carry out checks to comply for HCC building warrant of fitness. Some of the sites we service include:

- Braemar Hospital
- Ag Research Ruakura site
Warranty
Most new systems are covered by a full parts and labour warranty (check specific warranty at time of purchase). This warranty excludes the breakdown of equipment caused by a lack of regular maintenance (i.e. filter cleaning). We recommend cleaning filters regularly to keep the system operating efficiently.
